Conference Registration

Deadline for early registrations: July 31, 2009

Please register early for lowest possible conference fees. Follow the link to the registration page and fill in the registration form.

Currently, we accept credit card payments only.

Conference Fees

Both regular and student registration includes attendance to all conference sessions as well as the welcome reception, the coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on August 31, boat/train trip to Mount Pilatus and admission to the Blue Sky session with banquet on September 1. The fees furthermore cover lunch and refreshments during the September 2 video session and a soft copy of the conference proceedings on USB memory stick.

The following registration fees apply.

Additional Blue Sky session ticket	CHF 230**

(*) Students will be asked to present a valid student ID at the registration desk.
(**) Includes boat trip, railway fare to and from Mount Pilatus, bus trip back to Lucerne, and the banquet on September 1.

Terms and conditions:

1. ISRR 2009 is organized by the Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems, ETH Zurich. (http://www.iris.ethz.ch/)
2. The registration fee covers all conference activities held during August 31 - September 3, 2009 (including the banquet) and a soft copy of the conference proceedings.
3. Any additional transaction costs arising from money transfer will be charged to the attendee.
4. Refund policy: Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the registration fees.
